Day (United States of America) Business Intelligence Developer The Business Intelligence Developer / Report Writer is responsible for developing business intelligence reports and analysis utilizing different applications within the Corporate Finance department to meet the needs of the health system. This position also supports and maintains the hospital’s EMR data repository. Business Intelligence Developer – Epic/Cogito: Overview: Our hospital is seeking a Business Intelligence Developer with strong Epic and Cogito expertise to support data‑driven decision‑making across clinical, operational, and financial areas. In this role, you’ll help transform complex healthcare data into meaningful insights that improve patient outcomes, streamline workflows, and strengthen organizational performance. Key Responsibilities: Develop, maintain, and optimize Epic Cogito data models, extracts, and reporting structures to support hospital clinical and operational needs. Build and enhance Epic Reporting Workbench reports, Radar dashboards, and other analytics tools used by clinicians, administrators, and leadership.
