Educational Psychologist – Virtual School (Main grade) Soulbury Educational Psychologists' Scale A 5 to 10 plus up to 3 SPAs (£53,554 to £63,638, plus up to 3 SPAs – to a maximum of £67,526) International Sponsorship – this role is not open to international sponsorship Lancashire Educational Psychology Service (EPS) is seeking main grade Educational Psychologists (EPs) to work in partnership with Lancashire Virtual School. This is an exciting opportunity for an Educational Psychologist who is motivated to apply psychology systemically and relationally to improve outcomes for children and young people who are looked after. 0.5 of your role will involve working directly with the Virtual School. There will be a strong emphasis on relational, trauma-informed, nurture-based and attachment-aware approaches, systemic consultation and formulation, capacity-building and multi-agency collaboration. You will use psychological frameworks to facilitate group problem solving discussions. You will also be involved in individual casework and training.
