Job Description: The Damage Claims Agent manages vehicle damage cases from incident report to repair completion and handover to the Billing & Recharge team. You will coordinate repairs, gather evidence, and communicate with customers, drivers, bodyshops, and internal teams to ensure efficient and cost-effective vehicle return to service.
