Job Description: Grants Compliance Oversight & Monitoring: Share in direct compliance responsibilities with compliance team to ensure full compliance with federal, state, and local laws, HUD regulations, and organizational policies. Develop, implement, and oversee systems for tracking grant expenditures, ensuring alignment with grant agreements and allowable‑use requirements. Supervise and guide staff responsible for compliance monitoring activities, ensuring consistency and accuracy. Collaborate with internal divisions (e.g., Financial Education, Counseling, Single Family) to ensure compliance issues are routed and resolved through appropriate channels. Policy Development, Implementation & Training: Lead the development, revision, and implementation of internal compliance policies, procedures, and guidelines related to grants and HUD‑funded programs.
