Program Supervisor

Job description

Position Summary The Program Supervisor is responsible for overseeing outreach, assessment, and engagement efforts for individuals experiencing or at risk of homelessness. This position supervises a team that includes case managers, a housing specialist, and an administrative assistant, and plays a key role in managing program logistics, including eligibility screenings, waitlist oversight, and budgeting. The Supervisor ensures effective collaboration with internal and external partners to support safe, affordable, and sustainable housing placements for participants. This position is expected to uphold MHA’s core values of Respect, Integrity, and Compassion, and ensure compliance with agency policies, program standards, and applicable regulations.
