Manufacturing Engineer Lynden Door – 2077 Main Street, Lynden, WA 98264 Full-time | Monday–Friday | Salaried Exempt Join Our Team at Lynden Door! Lynden Door is looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to support our production teams and drive continuous improvement across our operations. This role is a mix of hands-on problem solving, process improvement, and project work —ideal for someone who enjoys being on the floor, working with people, and making things better every day. What You’ll Do: - Partner with production teams to troubleshoot issues and improve processes - Lead root cause analysis and implement solutions to improve quality, efficiency, and safety - Drive continuous improvement initiatives (lean, process optimization, waste reduction) - Support equipment, layout, and workflow improvements across the plant - Assist with projects from concept through implementation - Develop and maintain process documentation and work instructions What We’re Looking For: - Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Industrial, Mechanical Engineering , or a related technical field - 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred - Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on problem-sol...
