Responsibilities: - Manage sales of Coherent’s optics portfolio, serving integrators and OEM customers in microelectronics and materials processing markets - Drive revenue growth across DACH and BeNeLux regions by achieving booking and revenue sales targets - Develop and expand relationships with new and existing customers - Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory - Manage and grow selected key accounts, ensuring long-term customer success - Collaborate with global Technical Business Units to deliver best-in-class customer support - Partner with regional Sales Management to optimize sales strategies and contribute to product roadmaps - Lead promotional activities and customer engagements across the region - Negotiate complex supply agreements and commercial terms with customers - Ensure accuracy and robustness of all sales transactions - Provide real-time visibility of business performance, forecasts, and market trends to management Skills and Qualifications: If you are interested, then please apply using the “apply” button.
