Join our team as a Full Time Residential Counselor and play a vital role in supporting individuals overcoming substance use disorders in a structured, supportive residential setting. Position Summary: The Residential Counselor provides direct care and support to individuals in recovery, helping create a safe, positive, and therapeutic environment. In this role, you will work closely with clients to build life skills, encourage personal growth, and support long-term recovery success.
