HOW YOU WILL CREATE THE EXTRAORDINARY: - Provide friendly, helpful, and courteous service to guests and fellow team members. - Perform daily or scheduled preventative maintenance on gaming devices, including validator units, ticket printers, and card readers. - Follow machine entry and repair procedures to proactively identify or prevent equipment issues. - Maintain and repair electronic circuitry for all slot‑related equipment. - Safeguard all assigned assets during installation, builds, conversions, and reconfigurations. - Use approved electronic test equipment for diagnostics and repairs. - Diagnose faulty equipment and troubleshoot to the sub‑system level (e.g., hopper, comparator, MPU board). - Safely operate shop equipment including hand tools, welding tools, soldering equipment, and test devices. - Maintain accurate documentation including repair logs, shift logs, daily reports, and JMRs. - Comply with gaming regulations, compact requirements, and departmental SOPs. - Maintain predetermined stock levels of validators, ticket printers, and card readers. - Complete machine moves and assigned projects. - Interact professionally with other departments. - Assist with validator so...
