Job Description: Working as part of our Batch & Furnace team, you will be responsible for ensuring the furnace is operating safely and effectively. Your key responsibilities will include: This position is a shift position working 12 hours shifts 4 on 4 off. - Ensure safe and effective operation of the furnace, adhering to all health and safety regulations. - Monitor and control furnace temperature, pressure, and other critical parameters. - Track and analyse furnace performance data, identifying trends and anomalies. - Take prompt corrective actions to address any operational issues or deviations from standard procedures. - Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding furnace status and any concerns. - Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of all actions taken, including maintenance activities and operational adjustments. - Conduct regu...
