Business Development Analyst

Job description

This role is a member of the Business Development team, reporting to the Manager, Business Development. The position is responsible for evaluating strategic capital investment opportunities through advanced financial modeling and analytical rigor to support executive decision-making. The role partners closely with senior leadership, cross-functional teams, and private equity stakeholders to assess lease renewals, RFP opportunities, M&A transactions, and other inorganic growth initiatives that drive enterprise value. - Lead financial evaluation of lease renewals, RFP submissions, M&A opportunities, and other strategic growth initiatives. - Develop comprehensive pro forma financial models in Excel, incorporating multiple valuation methodologies to assess investment returns, risk, and enterprise impact. - Partner cross-functionally with Revenue Management, Real Estate, Airport Relations, Facilities, Legal, and Field Operations to gather inputs, validate assumptions, and evaluate project feasibility. - Prepare executive-level business cases outlining financial outcomes, strategic rationale, risks, and sensitivity analyses for presentation to Executive Leadership and Private Equity spon...
