Associate - Retail Store

Job description

The Associate – Retail Store plays a key role in delivering a positive customer experience during Fish Friday operations. This role is responsible for packing and distributing customer orders, supporting Shopify and POS transactions, maintaining accurate inventory records, and assisting customers both in-store and curbside. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Part-Time role on Friday Only! Hours are 6am - ~1pm (Friday Only). Key Responsibilities: - Pack and fulfill retail orders accurately and in accordance with customer notes and order specifications. - Operate the Shopify POS system to process transactions, issue refunds, and manage order changes as needed. - Adjust inventory levels in Shopify and mark items out of stock on the Fish Friday website as required. - Monitor product quantities during fulfillment, notifying appropriate personnel when stock is low. - Document any product pulled from Acme Brooklyn inventory for retail use. - Assist customers with curbside pick-up and ensure a friendly, seamless service experience. - Respond to customer inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner...
