Job Responsibilities: - Welcome new employees and make them feel we have a personal interest in their well-being. - Help with the hiring process to include interviewing, pre-employment, and background checks. - Answer telephone, doors, and direct visitors. - Be accessible to assist all employees. - Ensure all employees understand company policies, procedures, and benefits. - Translate (verbal and written). - Organizing and maintaining lockout-tagout, forklift and pallet jack tests and observations. - Safety training tracker - Monthly training tracker - Quarterly lockout verifications - Other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications: - Bilingual skills, verbal and written, Spanish/English. - Excellent verbal and written skills. - Good attendance. - Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint - Good customer service skills. - Willingness to accept challenge. - Self-starter. - Trustworthy and must be able to work independently.
