Job description

The Senior Advisor, Organizational Development (OD), plays a critical role in shaping and strengthening Seaspan’s organizational effectiveness across a complex, multi-disciplinary shipbuilding and repair environment. This role provides strategic and hands-on expertise in organizational design, employee engagement, and diversity, equity & inclusion (DE&I) initiatives. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Organizational Development & Change, the Senior Advisor will help establish organizational development-related frameworks, lead HR sponsored enterprise initiatives, and translate organizational data into actionable strategies that enhance performance, culture, and employee experience. Note: This position qualifies for an optional hybrid work schedule after 90 days of onsite work and onboarding. Employee will be subject to the terms of the Flexible Work Policy Agreement.
