About the Role The Loss Prevention Field Auditor plays a key role in protecting company assets, reducing shrink, and supporting a culture of integrity across all retail locations. This position conducts investigations, executes in-store audits, partners with local law enforcement when necessary, and drives proactive strategies to prevent theft and operational loss. We’re looking for a highly motivated professional with strong investigative instincts, excellent communication skills, and the ability to balance detailed audit work with field leadership collaboration. Key Responsibilities: · Conduct on-site and virtual LP audits to assess compliance with company policies, cash handling, inventory controls, and security standards. · Investigate internal and external theft, fraud, and policy violations using CCTV, POS data, and Power BI reporting tools. · Lead suspect interviews and coordinate with HR and leadership on disciplinary or termination processes. · Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies to file reports, submit evidence, and represent the company during investigations. · Partner with Operations and Learning & Development to build preventative measures, educate field te...
