Description SUMMARY : National Capital Treatment & Recovery, formerly Phoenix House, a nonprofit substance use treatment facility in Arlington, VA is hiring a full-time Director of Business Development to lead the organization’s business development and marketing team to develop and enhance referral relationships. Responsible for developing and implementing community engagement, B2B marketing, and referral source engagement strategies. A strong understanding of healthcare business development, substance abuse & dual diagnosis market dynamics, and B2B marketing are essential. This position is a full-time, M-F 9am-5:30pm, salaried position with full benefits.
