Job description

o Vacuuming, dusting, wiping, and polishing surfaces. o Cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms, showers, and toilets. o Changing linens, making beds, and replenishing amenities. o Removing trash and maintaining room organization and presentation. - Clean and service guest rooms according to departmental standards, including: - Ensure all assigned rooms meet cleanliness and inspection standards before guest entry. - Provide courteous and professional service when interacting with guests. - Make rollaway beds and deliver additional items as requested. - Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or lost and found items promptly. - Complete deep-cleaning tasks and special projects as assigned. - Maintain cleanliness and organization of housekeeping cards, supply closets, and equipment. - Update room status and receive assignments using departmental communication tools or mobile devices (if applicable). - Follow all safety, sanitation, and chemical-handling procedures. - Participate in required safety and training programs. - Housekeeping or environmental service experience preferred. - Strong attention to detail and commitment to high cleanliness standards. - Excellent customer service ski...
