Job Summary: Manages operational support and services functions. Works in conjunction with the management team to implement store programs control and reduce operating expenses while maximizing customer service and operational performance. Duties and Responsibilities: Manages operations which may include all or a substantial combination of store support functions customer service front end operations backroom operations facilities administrative functions personalized services food and automotive. Manages an operating budget to include expenses sales and profits. Analyzes financial statements and other pertinent data to evaluate performance. Identifies and executes operational efficiencies with focus on improving profitability.
