Job description

The Director ensures that technology platforms are secure, resilient, standardized, and cost-effective , supporting business growth, operational continuity, and an exceptional team member experience. This role serves as the primary authority for IT operations and infrastructure strategy, translating business priorities into executable technology solutions while maintaining direct accountability for outcomes.
