The Youth Development Center Coordinator assists the YDC Site Director with execution and implementation of high quality YMCA childcare programs. Helps manage daily activities of the programs, including scheduling and supervising staff, providing employee training and administrative support and ensuring childcare compliance. Helps to assure that the core values of the YMCA are modeled to all children, staff and parents. Serves as an assistant manager, helping Site Director to interview, hire and train staff, with a focus on Part Time Teaching Assistants, Substitutes and the Food Service Assistant.
