Adjunct Faculty - School of Nursing - Exam Proctor

Job description

The School of Nursing (Boston Campus) seeks an adjunct faculty member to be an exam proctor. - Monitor students while taking exams each period to maintain exam security and avoid any type of cheating - Ensures students have the necessary materials for each exam (laptop, passcodes for exams, paper and writing utensils) - Enforces time limits and other examination procedures - Notifies appropriate personnel when exam equipment malfunctions. - Reports rule violations and/or unusual occurrences during examinations - Records attendance and exam completion of exam takers. Required: - BSN degree required - Basic computer skills (proficient in use of email and Microsoft Office) - Ability to give written and oral instructions and to communicate well and professionally - Ability to exercise sound judgement and to exercise discretion in handling confidential information - Maintain working knowledge of School of Nursing testing policies and procedures - Excellent time management - Strong decision-making abilities - Excellent attention to detail and ability to focus on one task for extended amount of time - Previous experience and knowledge of ExamSoft and HESI software is helful - Ability to s...
