Value-Added Services Specialist Description -: Role Summary: The Value-Added Services (VAS) Specialist is a key individual contributor responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing value-added service offerings within HP’s distribution operations. This hands-on role partners with cross-functional teams to deliver customized solutions such as product configuration, kitting, labeling, bundling, and light assembly that enhance customer satisfaction and differentiate HP’s supply chain capabilities. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the end-to-end execution of VAS including product customization, kitting, labeling, bundling, light assembly, and other customer-specific requirements within HP’s distribution centers. - Analyze VAS processes using data analytics and process mapping to identify improvement opportunities, drive efficiency, and ensure cost-effective delivery. - Collaborate with Supply Chain, Sales, Customer Service, IT, and Warehouse teams to design and implement new VAS offerings in response to customer and market needs. - Ensure all VAS activities meet HP’s quality, safety, and compliance standards, as well as customer specifications and contractual requirements. - De...
