About the Team/Role We are seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives across Risk, Data, and AI domains. This role will drive execution of strategic programs spanning: Adjudication Platforms Portfolio & Credit Risk Management: Financial Crimes & Fraud Prevention: Risk Modernization Initiatives: Global Risk Operations: The Senior TPM will operate with a high degree of ownership, ensuring delivery predictability, risk transparency, and measurable business outcomes. This individual must be comfortable navigating regulated environments, influencing senior stakeholders, and managing interdependencies across technical and business teams. Success in this role is measured by business impact, risk reduction, and execution excellence — not just task completion.
