Overview The ERP Analyst – Supply Chain supports and enhances a cloud based ERP Platform for the Metals Industry that enables core supply chain and sales operations. This role partners closely with business users and technical teams to translate operational requirements into effective system configurations, process improvements, and reporting solutions. (LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY) Responsibilities: - Analyze and translate business requirements across Supply Chain processes into actionable ERP configurations and system solutions. - Lead and support ERP enhancement initiatives, including new functionality, process improvements, and reporting capabilities. - Serve as a functional Subject Matter Expert (SME) for assigned business processes (e.g., Production Recording, Inventory, Logistics, Warehouse Operations). - Collaborate with business stakeholders to design, prototype, and validate system and process improvements. - Partner with application development teams to coordinate implementation of new features, integrations, and reports. - Provide day-to-day production support, including issue triage, root-cause analysis, and resolution of ERP-related problems. - Manage and track work items a...
