Cadence IT is looking for a Business Systems Analyst in San Jose, CA with some Salesforce expertise and hands-on experience using Vibe-coding and Agentic AI to accelerate and scale delivery. You will support workflow analysis across Quote-to-Cash & Customer Support areas, help identify automation opportunities, and assist with optimizing workflows across Salesforce and other enterprise systems in a fast paced, global environment. What You’ll Do: Partner with stakeholders across Sales, Finance, Legal, Operations, Customer Support to define future-state, end-to-end workflows and success metrics (cycle time, handoffs eliminated, adoption, compliance). Design and deliver Salesforce solutions optimized for scalability, performance, and native platform functionality. Assess upstream/downstream impacts across integrated systems, document system interactions, data dependencies, and exception paths.
