JOB SUMMARY: The Test Supervisor oversees a team of test technicians and is responsible for ensuring the effective execution of in-house testing, component-level troubleshooting, configuration, calibration, and repair of Doble products. This position requires strong technical competency, leadership capability, and the ability to collaborate with internal departments and customers worldwide. The role is based at the Marlborough, MA headquarters and reports to the Senior Operations Manager. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: - Supervise, train, and mentor test technicians, support skill development and performance evaluations. - Prioritize and manage daily activities within the production floor. - Serve as a resource for troubleshooting and product support. - Support engineering and operations with prototype and pre-production build activities. - Identify and document product and process improvement opportunities. - Assist Quality teams in investigations of field-reported issues. - Ability to hire and perform disciplinary action when needed, motivate and drive the business. - Perform additional duties as assigned. - Responsible for making daily technical and quality-related decisions to suppor...
