Main function and scope: Act as Arquimea’s internal functional owner for SAP manufacturing execution and planning: PP, PP/DS, SAP Digital Manufacturing (DM) and Quality Management (QM). Ensure robust shopfloor execution, finite planning governance, quality gates (blocking controls), rework management, and traceability, aligned to Arquimea’s project/prototype manufacturing model. Key Functions: Business process ownership (Fit-to-Standard) Lead To-Be design for production execution, shopfloor capture, planning and scheduling, quality gates, rework loops, and traceability requirements. Drive fit-to-standard decisions; document required extensions with clear business value and testability. Manufacturing execution (PP + DM): Validate design for production orders: creation/release, confirmations, goods issue/backflush rules, time capture, downtime/exceptions.
