The CNCQ demonstrates and leads by example the behaviors to the American Nurses Association (ANA) Nursing Code of Ethics, Nursing Scope and Standards of Practice, and their associated specialty Scope and Standards of Practice. The CNCQ provides consultation on nursing policies, procedures, education, auditing, practice and communication related to nursing care quality. Further the CNCQ reviews policies, procedures, and education making recommendations for alignment with current regulations, best practices and agency requirements.
