Job Summary: We are hiring for a Finance Business Partner to serve as a strategic partner with our Fuels Marketing business unit leader. This role will be the primary finance liaison for the SVP, Fuels Marketing to understand strategic goals, challenge assumptions, drive accountability, and provide financial guidance. The Finance Business Partner will also collaborate with accounting, FP&A, and operational teams to ensure alignment on financial reporting and strategy, translating of complex data for non-financial stakeholders. This position stays abreast of economic/financial trends to develop business strategies and tactics. This position is based in Waltham, MA and requires a minimum of 4 days a week in the office.
