Job Title PMO Contract Administrator Job Description Summary: The Project Management Office (PMO) Contract Administrator supports construction projects by assisting with supplier procurement operations, PO routings, and contract administration. This role ensures is responsible for preparing, examining, analyzing, and revising purchase orders, change orders, and contractual records, as well as processing accurately and on time, while maintaining data integrity across enterprise project and financial systems. The position partners closely with Project Managers, Finance, and PMO to support administrative tasks and reporting. This role is designed for candidates with prior experience in procurement, project management support, or finance administration. Job Description ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide administrative support for procurement and contract activities under the guidance of senior team members. Track and compile contract documentation and routing for signature. Issue PO’s and CO’s to suppliers within established SLAs and KPI’s.
