Job Description Inventory Coordinator: The Inventory Coordinator is a vital role for ensuring the smooth operation of inventory management. This position is primarily responsible for monitoring and managing inventory levels, which involves conducting regular physical counts, reconciling discrepancies, and maintaining accurate records of stock. The Inventory Coordinator collaborates with various departments, such as purchasing, receiving, production and material handling, to ensure that materials are available to meet production demands while avoiding overstock and stockout situations. Furthermore, the Inventory Coordinator implements inventory control procedures to optimize efficiency and minimize waste and prepares reports on inventory status for management review.
