Construction Skills Teacher Application Deadline: 14 May 2026: Department: Curriculum - Construction Skills: Employment Type: Permanent - Full Time Location: Cross College (Maidstone & Gillingham) Reporting To: Stella Nedziwe-Maseya: Compensation: £34,572 - £47,195 / year Description: Coordinate the delivery of designated study programmes across the College, including high-quality teaching, managing day-to-day operational matters, supporting exam invigilation and registration as required and ensuring a consistent approach across both sites where required. Inspire and motivate students through outstanding teaching and learning, encouraging them to stretch, challenge themselves, and achieve their full potential. Lecturers should demonstrate a genuine passion for their subject area and a strong commitment to developing students’ English, Maths, and broader employability skills.
