Job Description This position reports directly to the Dean of the College of Mental Health and is a full-time, 12-month tenure-track faculty appointment. The program is primarily online with potential residencies. The Director of Clinical Training (DCT) provides academic and administrative leadership for the practicum and internship components of the Master of Clinical Mental Health Counseling (MCMHC) program, a new program within the College of Mental Health. The DCT ensures compliance with CACREP standards, state licensure requirements, and institutional policies related to clinical education. This position collaborates closely with the Program Director to develop and maintain high-quality clinical training partnerships, supervisor training, and assessment processes that support student competency and program excellence. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: - Earned doctoral degree in Counselor Education and Supervision from a CACREP-accredited program (required). - If the doctorate is from a related field, the individual must have been employed as a full-time faculty member in a counselor education program for at least one full academic year prior to July 1, 2013 (CACREP grandfathering clause)...
