The Lansing School District serves over 10,000 PreK-12 students across 25 school buildings in the increasingly diverse urban community of Lansing, MI. For summer school, we are looking for a variety of roles (see job posting title). Internal applicants in the aligned bargaining unit will receive preference. Summer School Program will occur during Summer 2026 (June 15 - July 23) and is a targeted program for 8th grade students are identified as at-risk academically/behaviorally to prepare them for high school. Programs: Student support specialist - To provide support to students below grade level in core subjects. SSSs x 6.5 hrs per day x 28 days.
