Firmwide Resiliency Office – Employee Readiness Training and Communications - Vice President

Join us as part of the Firmwide Resiliency Employee Readiness team (part of the Firmwide Resiliency Office) where you’ll make an impact in shaping the end user experience as an integral part of the program team. We partner with and support development and deployment of learning, resources and content for the Central, Line of Business and Corporate Function Resiliency teams who are accountable for the management of resiliency risk within their area of responsibility. As a Vice President of Employee Readiness within the Firmwide Resiliency Office team, you will partner with the broader Firmwide Business Resiliency team to shape the learning experience. You will be responsible for managing multiple projects at once, including defining project scope, overseeing change management, engaging with stakeholders and senior leadership, and preparing firmwide communications. Your role also involves designing and maintaining training materials in Confluence, coordinating system releases and new launches, responding to training requests, and conducting in-person and virtual training sessions.
