Job Description Senior ROV Pilot (FIXED TERM CONTRACT FOR 12 MONTHS) As a Senior ROV Pilot Technician on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract , you’ll support the Supervisor in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of Remotely Operated Vehicle (ROV) systems and all associated tooling. You’ll work across a varied range of offshore projects throughout the UK, the North Sea, wider Europe, and parts of Africa, covering work scopes such as renewables, oil and gas, survey operations, light construction, and drill‑support activities. In this leadership role, you’ll coordinate planned maintenance, assess weather and operational conditions for safe deployment, and uphold the highest standards of safety, quality, and environmental protection. You’ll supervise shifts, communicate critical safety and operational updates, and manage team performance during offshore operations. You’ll also be proactive in identifying your own training needs and making the most of development opportunities throughout the contract period.
