Senior Finance Controller (With Dutch)

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Senior Finance Controller to take ownership of the financial controllership activities for our two main legal entities in the Netherlands. This is a hybrid position, primarily home‑based with regular presence required in our Rijswijk office. This role plays a key part in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of our Dutch statutory and US GAAP financial reporting. You will collaborate closely with colleagues in the Netherlands as well as teams in our Global Shared Service Centres (Poland and India). Strong leadership, communication skills, and the ability to operate effectively in a multicultural environment are essential.
