We currently have the opportunity for a Logistics Freight Invoice Clerk to join our team in St. Louis, MO at our U.S. Country Office. We develop partnerships with customers and carriers to move freight via covered hopper, pneumatic railcar, dry van and pneumatic trailers. This position is part of Richardson’s transportation department and will report to the Director of Transportation. Our team works collaboratively with the Sales, Production and Procurement departments to provide efficient, cost-effective delivery solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Review and verify carrier freight invoices for accuracy regarding rates, fuel surcharges, and accessorial fees (e.g., detention, lumper fees). - Research and resolve billing issues, rate disputes, and service failures with carriers. - Accurately enter freight data into IFS accounting software. - Ac...
