The Opportunity The Maintenance Manager is responsible for leading all maintenance operations across multi-shift powdered food production lines for the GPN Aurora Campus and facilities maintenance for the Chicagoland GPN real estate portfolio. This role ensures equipment reliability, adherence to preventive and predictive maintenance schedules, and compliance with food safety and regulatory standards. The Maintenance Manager will assemble, motivate and manage a high performance team, drive continuous improvement initiatives, manage business-sustaining capital projects, and foster a culture of safety, accountability, and technical excellence. Team Leadership & Development: - Hire, lead, coach, and develop high-performing maintenance and facilities teams across multiple shifts. - Conduct regular one-on-ones and performance reviews to foster growth, accountability, and succession planning. - Provide leadership, coaching, and technical direction to enhance employee knowledge and retain top talent.
