Job title: YouTube Lead Location: London, Highstreet Kensington DMG New Media is building the next generation of social-first publishing, creating platform-native brands across news, sport, lifestyle, entertainment and culture for global audiences. Our network reaches hundreds of millions of people across social platforms each month, and we are now expanding into long-form video and YouTube. We are looking for a YouTube Lead to lead this next phase of growth. This is a senior leadership role responsible for defining and executing the YouTube strategy across the DMG New Media portfolio, building a high-performing team, and developing scalable video franchises that translate our social reach into a powerful long-form ecosystem. The Role: The YouTube Lead will lead the end-to-end YouTube strategy for DMG New Media, working with editorial, creators and commercial teams to build a slate of high-performing channels and formats. This person will be responsible for turning existing social brands and talent into successful YouTube propositions, while also identifying new channel opportunities that can scale globally.
