As a Toolpusher you will manage and direct rig operations during assigned shift to ensure maximum drilling efficiency and performance. Responsibilities: What role will you play on our team: Ensures the safe and efficient operation of the drilling rig and full compliance with all mandatory company, client, state, and federal rules and regulations. Guarantees well control requirements are in place according to operational requirements; assists in supervising well killing operations in an emergency situation. Attends pre-spud meetings and takes note of all well related hazards and ensures they are managed appropriately.
