Job Description: Product Manager – Filler Metals At ESAB , we are looking for a Product Manager – Filler Metals to join our commercial team in the Med sub-region. In this role, you will drive the local execution of the European Filler Metals strategy and support the commercial organization in achieving sales and growth targets across distributor and direct sales channels. You will work closely with Area Sales Managers, Sales Agents, distributors, and key accounts, providing product expertise, market insights, and sales enablement to strengthen ESAB’s position in the market. The Product Manager filler metal will be also part of the commercial support to the internal sales network and the distribution channel, granting a proactive support on strategic sales initiatives, planning and monitoring campaigns, keep focus on strategic products sales progress, tracking filler metal opportunities and driving commercial activities according to the targets.
