Organizational Change Manager

Your New Role We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Organizational Change Manager to join a global organization undergoing significant transformation. In this role, you will play a key part in driving and embedding change initiatives across the organization, ensuring successful adoption and sustainable business outcomes. You will work closely with project leaders, transformation teams, and a dedicated Change Network to support communication, training, and capability building throughout the organization. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement change management strategies and plans that maximize adoption and minimize resistance. Conduct impact assessments, stakeholder analyses, and readiness evaluations. Identify, anticipate, and manage resistance to change through structured actions and engagement. Drive the formulation of clear and relevant key messages and propose effective ways to anchor and cascade them throughout the organization. Create, deliver, and continuously refine communication and training materials based on feedback from the Change Network. Facilitate Change Impact Assessments performed by the Change Network.
