We are hiring Apprentice Plumbers! Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated, 2nd or 3rd Year Plumbing Apprentice to join our team—no prior experience required. In this role, you will work alongside experienced Journeyman and Master Plumbers to learn the trade while assisting with installing and replacing water heaters in residential homes and light commercial settings. This is a hands-on position where you’ll gain real-world skills, build a career in the trades, and provide great customer service. We’re looking for someone who is reliable, eager to learn, and takes pride in their work. What You’ll Do: Assist licensed plumbers with water heater installations and replacements Learn how to safely use plumbing tools and equipment (drills, saws, drain machines, etc.) Help prepare job sites, carry materials, and maintain a clean and organized work area Travel to customer homes with your team and arrive on time, ready to work Support plumbers in diagnosing basic issues and completing repairs Learn how to explain system basics and maintenance tips to customers Complete basic job documentation and assist with work orders Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures Continuously le...
