We’re looking for a Chief of Staff (CoS) to act as a strategic partner to the CEO, amplifying their impact, translating strategy into a disciplined operating cadence, and driving execution across the business. You will lead cross-functional initiatives, support Executive Leadership Team (ELT) decision-making, and ensure both the CEO’s time and leadership attention are focused on the company’s most material priorities. You’ll act as the “glue” between Elgin, our investors and sponsors, and across countries and functions so that all teams work together effectively and efficiently and help to turn decisions into actions.
