Job Title: Client Service Advisor Location: OH - Columbus What you'll do: As a Client Service Advisor you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional client service to law firms, legal professionals, and other stakeholders within the legal banking sector. In this role you'll serve as a point of contact, ensuring clients receive timely support, guidance, and solutions related to operational activities, treasury management products and financial services. You'll open, maintain, and close all account types, and perform clerical duties while maintaining positive customer relations. - Provide expert consultation and customer service to legal clients regarding specialized banking products and services. Provide daily guidance to the department on deposits and account servicing, including treasury management products and services. - Work directly with customers to resolve account issues. Provide excellent customer service and represent the bank in a professional and responsible manner.
