Overview NaphCare has an excellent opportunity for an Accounting Manager to join our Pharmacy located in our Corporate Headquarters in Birmingham . The Accounting Manager is responsible for overseeing the financial performance, reporting, and account management of a multi-site pharmacy operation. This role serves as a key partner between pharmacy operations, finance, and corporate leadership to ensure accurate financial oversight, operational alignment, and strong contract performance. This is a highly cross-functional role that blends financial management with operational support and requires strong attention to detail, accountability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Responsibilities: Financial Management & Reporting: - Manage financial reporting across multiple pharmacy business lines - Track and analyze monthly performance, including revenue, cost of goods, rebates, and margins - Prepare month-end close activities, including journal entries and accruals - Identify and explain variances to budget and forecast - Support annual budgeting and ongoing financial forecasting Account Management & Performance: - Monitor financial performance across pharmac...
