San Diego Zoo Wildlife Alliance is an international, nonprofit conservation organization with two front doors: the San Diego Zoo and the San Diego Zoo Safari Park. HOW YOU WILL IMPACT OUR MISSION: The Desktop Engineer supports San Diego Zoo Wildlife Alliance mission and vision of saving species worldwide by uniting our expertise in animal care and conservation science with our dedication to inspiring passion for nature and leading the fight against extinction. Under direction, the Desktop Engineer develops, maintains, upgrades and optimizes endpoint devices for security, reliability and performance. The Desktop Engineer also leverages tools to manage and automate endpoints, provides ongoing technical assistance for user problem resolution and maintains existing hardware and software. This position reports to the Desktop Services Manager.
