Job description

As our Customer Experience Consultant, you will play a crucial role in helping our clients achieve unparalleled success through excellence in CX. You’ll work together with our clients from various industries on strategic marketing consulting and interim management projects, both in CX as well as broader marketing domains. You’ll continuously be supported by your client partner, counsellor and the experts from The House of Marketing and our other Customer Collective entities. Your challenge: Consulting work at the client: Internal contribution at The House of Marketing - Conduct comprehensive analyses of the customer journey across all touchpoints, identifying areas for improvement and innovation. - Develop and implement CX strategies that align with client objectives and customer expectations, enhancing satisfaction and loyalty. - Leverage customer feedback, surveys, and data analytics to gain insights into customer needs and preferences, using this information to inform strategy adjustments and innovations. - Work closely with marketing, sales, product development, and other teams to ensure a cohesive and integrated customer experience strategy. - Oversee the implementation of CX...
