Job DetailsJob Location: Precast Specialties LLC - Fort Pierce, FL 34981 Position Summary: Inside Sales is responsible for customer service within the company. Key Responsibilities: Assist customer with quote needs Receive and respond to customer calls and emails Provide lead time and order updates to customers Entry orders into ERP system: Manage customer documentation from order receipt to shipment Basic math and data entry: Qualifications: Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required Experience in construction-based sales and customer service ERP data entry experience: Salesforce experience preferred, but not required Strong verbal and written communication skills Detail oriented: Time management and multitasking skills: Work Environment: Full time in office Occasional jobsite visits: Precast Specialties, LLC is an equal opportunity employer.
